Yalagan Registered Training (YRT) and Yalagan Group have launched our new facility at 23 Bond Crescent, Wetherill Park — purpose-built to deliver one thing well: real skills that lead to real jobs. With dedicated classrooms, a multi-level undercover training space, expansive outdoor hardstand areas and room to scale practical delivery, this facility marks a major step forward for our students and employer partners. But this wasn’t luck. It was built on hard work, belief and a culture that rolls up its sleeves and gets it done. Our mission hasn’t changed — create pathways, build capability and provide second and third chances where they matter most. This is just the beginning. Western Sydney, let’s build.

🚦 Nunawading Is Live — Our new Vic site is launched
We’ve officially launched our first Traffic Management Program in Victoria from our new Nunawading site, delivered in partnership with First Nations Traffic Management and key industry partners. This program is building real, hands-on capability for participants to safely manage live traffic environments and step into job-ready careers across the Victorian infrastructure sector. We have trained our 50,000 person since 2008!
50,000 person trained across Australia and it that person happened right here in Welshpool Since 2008, we’ve trained over 50,000 people in Accredited & Non-Accredited training around Australia and this number came up during one our programs at our Welshpool facility playing a major role in that journey. From high-risk work licences to civil, construction and safety programs, Welshpool has been a hub of hands-on, practical training that leads directly to employment. 50,000 individuals. 50,000 opportunities. Built from the ground up. And we’re just getting started.

Our latest group at the Western Sydney site has successfully completed their Dogging course — stepping into high-risk construction roles with real skill, real confidence and a nationally recognised licence. From load calculations to crane signals, from theory to hands-on lifts, they showed up, backed themselves and earned it. This is what practical training looks like. This is what job-ready looks like. Breaking the Cycle The YRT & NexGen Pathways ReVive Prison Program isn’t just about training. It’s about transformation. In partnership with industry, we support women transitioning from custody into paid employment, nationally recognised qualifications and structured mentoring. Through real jobs, real wages and real support, women are rebuilding confidence, reconnecting with family and stepping into a future that once felt out of reach. Addiction doesn’t define them. Prison doesn’t define them. Opportunity does. This is what breaking the cycle looks like.

Working together to promote women in construction
Yalagan Group is proudly female founded and female led, with 60% of our team made up of women — and that’s not by accident. It’s a commitment. In December, Yalagan Registered Training delivered an entry-level Yellow Card & EWP combined course, opening doors for local women to step confidently into construction and high-risk environments.
