Brad Commins is an accomplished executive with more than two decades of experience leading Aboriginal engagement, workforce development, employment pathways and strategic partnerships across government, industry and the not-for-profit sector.

Throughout his career, Brad has worked at the intersection of community, business and government, building trusted relationships that deliver practical outcomes for Aboriginal people, employers and regional communities. His experience spans leadership, stakeholder engagement, business development, program delivery and creating sustainable employment opportunities across diverse industries.

As Executive Director of Yalagan Group, Brad provides strategic leadership across the organisation's workforce, training and community initiatives, helping strengthen partnerships with government, corporate Australia, Traditional Owners and Aboriginal communities. He is passionate about developing long-term solutions that connect people with meaningful employment, education and economic participation.

Brad believes lasting change is achieved through collaboration, trust and genuine partnerships. His leadership is centred on listening first, understanding community aspirations and working alongside industry to create opportunities that leave a positive legacy.
