At Yalagan Group, empowerment isn’t a side initiative — it’s part of our foundation.

We are proudly female founded and female led, with over 60% of our workforce made up of women. In industries traditionally dominated by men, we stand firmly for equal opportunity, leadership pathways and real career progression for women across construction, civil and infrastructure.

We believe capability has no gender. Opportunity should have no barriers.

Throughout December, Yalagan Registered Training hosted an entry-level Yellow Card course, encouraging local women and community members to step into the construction industry with confidence. For many, this was their first exposure to elevated work platforms and site-based training. For some, it was the first time they saw themselves belonging in the industry.

These programs matter. They provide practical, job-ready skills. They create belief. They build confidence. They give women a genuine leg up into industries where representation is still growing.

Empowerment is not talk — it’s training, support and pathways.

And we’ll continue to back women who are ready to step forward, step up and step into leadership roles across construction and beyond.

Because when women build, communities rise.
