BSB50420 - Diploma of Leadership and Management

Course Overview
Description
Management is a set of skills, not a job title. This qualification builds the ability to plan operations, control a budget and lead a team through genuine change, developed around decisions leaders actually face on site, on the floor or in the office.
Learners leave with the confidence to make and defend real operational calls. They learn to read a budget properly, plan a project end to end, manage underperformance directly and lead a team through disruption without losing momentum.
It is the natural next step after Certificate IV in Leadership and Management, and a serious credential for employers building an internal pipeline of department or site level managers who are ready now, not in five years.
This replaces the softer draft from the SEO Content Pack - sharper sentences, stronger claims, no hedging. Want me to swap this into the spreadsheet and framework doc, and give the Certificate IV in Leadership and Management page the same treatment so the two sit at matching intensity?
