This nationally recognised unit equips learners with the skills, knowledge and confidence to safely operate a forklift truck in real workplace environments. Designed to meet Australian WHS legislation and high-risk work licensing requirements, this course goes beyond simply “driving a forklift”, it builds true operational competence, safety awareness and accountability.

Learners will also gain a strong understanding of risk management, site communication protocols, traffic management plans and emergency procedures, ensuring they operate with professionalism and safety at all times.
By the end of this unit, participants will be job-ready, compliant, and confident, prepared not just to pass an assessment, but to operate a forklift responsibly and effectively in high-demand logistics, warehousing, construction and industrial environments across Australia.
